We end up having one of the worst funerals in the last 20
years in Canada the coroner said.. There was a huge police presence and Swat
Team presence at the service and burial. The funeral home was under 24 hour police
guard..I was forced under the threat of violence and the thought of my children
seeing different Native factions physically fighting over my late wife casket
to bury her on the Reserve..
How disgusting this was to my late wife’s memory..
Fast forward 1 year later, I am packing up my children and moving 1000 miles to southern Ontario around Toronto.. The native Indian band panicked and did want the kids leaving the area.. They grabbed my kids and held them for nearly 2 years on the Indian Native Reserve under a huge custody battle..
My lawyers and I legal view was that my children were being held hostage and had been kidnapped....Since the children were being held on Indian Native Land and in Canada they are considered to be a country within a country plus have sovereign rights and police powers..
My Ontario Provincial Government was useless and were scared to cause a big problem with the band/ tribe since other bands had blockaded areas for months in other areas..
Fast forward to January / 2007 my Lawyers decide that we are going to put on a media blitz on our fight.. I end of doing many Radio and TV Talk shows to help bring political pressure and public pressure onto our situation..
On TV native spokesmen were saying that their rights as a band / tribe trumped my rights as the biological father..
During the time my children were being held by the Tribe / band and my ex – mother – in – law they were not allowed to cry for me or there late mother.. They would get in trouble if they did..
Last summer after my Federal Government looked into the situation , Our Prime Minister and his cabinet had multiple meeting on our issue.. I understand that behind the scenes political pressure was put on the tribe and tribe groups..

His children don’t appear to be traumatized from being
kidnapped and held hostage. On the contrary, they appear very happy and at ease.
Once again, we feel that Singlefather made up all of the above.
Why? We haven’t a clue.
Did he feel some perverse need for attention?
Was he still
in shock from his wife’s death?
Has he always been a strange character out of
touch with reality?

Hi i'm hannah his daughter, and you don't know nothing about any of this. My brother and I were kidnapped and when they took us it was horrible. He is not lying and you should seriously fuck off and get a life. I do not like that you are saying that everything is a lie.

Yea hannah we saw the videos you made when you were supposely kidnapped. You looked very unhappy to everyone. The rap dance you made was even better. It appeared real horrible to us.
